Jun Chen - Managing Director

With 12 years of experience at private and public companies with strong financial background Mr. Chen has extensive knowledge of all aspects of our business, including risk management practices, global sourcing, financial advisory, process management and daily operations. Over the course of leaderships in various companies he has developed broad experience in international trade business among 5 continents and main industries in modern and underdeveloped areas. 

He has a master degree of economics from University of Heidelberg, Germany, and is a semi-professional musician of modern rock. Mr. Chen worked as head of global sourcing in one of the Europe's largest buying groups. He was senior financial advisor with his anticipation in one of the first M & A deals in Germany by the Chinese companies.

Hans-Jörg Weber - Strategic Planning / Procurement EU

Mr. Weber has been our strategic planner since 2010. He is also responsible for procurement management in Europe and South America. He speaks German, English, Italian and French and is an impassionate photographer and a yoga enthusiast. 

He worked in a leading european consulting group; he was marketing and sales director with management and strategy responsibility for a chinese steel consortium; he served in the field of B2B in a south-german outbound-telemarketing company.

Prior to his rich work experience he studied at universities in Germany and Italy and is phd candiate at a top German elite university.
